1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation.

During peak seasons or promotions, processing may be slightly delayed. We will notify you of any significant changes.

We work with reliable international carriers (such as DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, or local postal partners) to ensure safe and timely delivery. The carrier will be chosen based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Delays caused by customs clearance are not included.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Important: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.

United States: No duties for orders under $800 USD. For orders above this threshold, customs fees may apply.

United Kingdom: VAT (20%) is typically collected at checkout if you are shipping to the UK. You will not be charged again upon delivery if VAT has been prepaid. However, for orders above £135, customs duties may also apply.

European Union: VAT is collected at checkout under the IOSS scheme for orders up to €150. For orders above €150, VAT and customs duties will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
TUTEVETA is not responsible for any delays or additional charges caused by customs clearance. Please check your local customs policies before ordering.
5. Smart Ring & Battery Notice
Our smart rings contain lithium batteries and are shipped in compliance with international safety regulations (UN3481). Because of this, shipping methods are limited, and delivery to certain remote areas or PO boxes may not be possible. If we cannot ship to your provided address, we will contact you immediately.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost or missing packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly first. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us at [support@tuteveta.com] within 7 days, and we will assist in filing a claim.

Damaged upon arrival: Please inspect your package immediately. If the ring is damaged in transit, keep all packaging and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
8. Shipping Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to modify the address once it has been processed.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes.
9. Returns and Shipping
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details. Generally, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
