Refund policy

We have a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us and request a return.

Hygiene & Wearable Device Policy (Read Carefully)
Due to health, hygiene, and product safety reasons for wearable technology, we do not accept returns for smart rings that have been unsealed, physically worn, or digitally activated. If the seal is broken or the ring has been paired with a mobile app, it cannot be resold. We strictly only accept returns/exchanges for manufacturing defects (such as sensor failure or screen malfunctions).

How to initiate a return for a defective item
To start a return, you can contact us at [support@tuteveta.com] . To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us for the exact return shipping address before sending your package back. We will provide the address upon approval of your return request. Importantly, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and courier fees. We do not offer prepaid return shipping labels for international orders.

Return note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please attach a video or photo of the defect clearly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. As mentioned above, smart rings that have been unsealed, worn, or activated are strictly non-returnable. We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-day cooling off period (EU Compliance)
In compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without a justification.
However, for wearable technology and hygiene-related products, this right is subject to the product remaining unopened, unworn, and unactivated. If the original seal is broken or the device has been activated, the return will be refused based on the hygiene exception clause.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
